Count myself blessed with all the lovely people I meet and friends I have up and down the country and this weekend an opportunity to take Labrador picking up with a really good friend of mine on a beautiful estate in Fernie country (old stamping ground of mine from a long time ago). A weekend staying with hunting friends – my pals: a superb Stud Groom that is out of the top drawer and his wife I have known for a very long time. Meeting the lovely owner of the estate that we picked up on – and enjoying in conversation with Robert Wilkinson about his future vision (being a hunting man) of having a Hunting/Shooting meet – (YEAH!). It can work! – Good fun. What it should all be about. Great to work the dog in a different environment and thank you all – mere images in the sleet – working dog and camera (tad tricky) MY DAY! You just have it to do! Enjoy the journey – I always do!
