These are some of my favourite shots of harriers (smaller than a foxhound) Size wise between 19 and 21 inches. Of course for the acute eye there is the odd foxhound in these photos. Harriers are an ancient “rare breed” these days and at one time there were more packs of harriers in this country – today foxhounds prevail. I love to hear the voice of a foxhound, and you get your ear tuned in to a harrier. Great music – you have to love hounds.
